Join us for our delightful 10 day holiday in the fascinating and very friendly Kingdom of Tonga. We leave together from Sydney, late afternoon on 12th August, (so you can meet us in Sydney from anywhere in Australia.) We return early morning on the 22nd, again, making it easy for you to continue on and arrive home on the same day. We stay at the very comfortable, welcoming and central, Tanoa Dateline Hotel. (For those who came to Samoa, it’s part of the same hotel group...only even nicer!) Jason, the Manager who looked after us all so well in Samoa, is now based here and is so thrilled to think we’ll be bringing our lovely clients to see him again! The Tanoa Dateline is directly opposite the sea, where you can swim or, if you’re lucky, watch playful whales go by. It’s an easy stroll into town from the resort and you can even walk to the Royal Palace for a peep in from the outside.

We will present some enjoyable and varied concerts in a lovely venue at our Resort (artists yet to be announced,) and you will also be able to hear some local performers. We’ll arrange some local tours to see interesting things in
and around the capital of Tonga, Nuku’alofa, where we are staying. These include the Tongan National Culture Centre and Tongan National Museum, various churches, as well as local art and craft shops/galleries and the colouful local market!
We’ll attend a Cultural Performance night, complete with a banquet of Traditional Tongan foods at a special location and take an excursion out to the point of the peninsular to enjoy lunch together at another beautiful resort, right on the beach. We’ll allow you plenty of time to just relax at our resort, enjoy the large swimming pool, the lovely places to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal or read a book as you take the occasional glance at the sea from your window!

We are visiting the Kingdom of Tonga at the perfect time, when the weather is settled, humidity low and the average daytime temperature is a very comfortable 26C . If you love music, the company of like-minded people, enjoy learning about new cultures and sharing convivial meals and activities with fellow travellers, you had better secure your place! Plane seats are limited!
We’d love to have you join us.
