Staged
Opera Productions
Operatif!
has produced
three highly successful fully staged opera productions.
These
were at major Brisbane venues, Cremorne Theatre
( QPAC ), The Qld Conservatorium Theatre
and the Suncorp Theatre.

*
'Opera, A Passionate Affair' - an original scripted
theatre piece by Jennifer Parish and David Clendinning involving
a cast of 10 singers and one male actor. Piano accompaniment.
* 'The Consul by Gian-Carlo Menotti' - an original
full production for the Brisbane Festival. Cast of 8 singers
and full orchestral accompaniment.
* 'Madam Butterfly' - a reduced touring production
of the Puccini masterpiece in a re-worked English translation
with cast of 6 singers and 3 actors, who create background/continuity
and an added element
of drama. Piano or reduced orchestral accompaniment.
