EXCITING NEW EVENT: Gala Opera Dinner at Flaxton Gardens, Flaxton ( nr Montville ), Sunshine Coast Hinterland. After the 'sell-out' night in February, join us on the 30th April, 2010 for a fabulous night of Italian opera, and song as OPERATIF! present their second Dinner show at this glorious, recently-renovated venue. Arguably the Sunshine Coast's finest location Flaxton Gardens is owned by Georgina and Alan Thompson, former holders of a '3 rosette' restaurant award in England. The evening will feature special guest Benjamin Fifita Makisi, our new regular accompanist John Colwill along with Jennifer and Stewart. The price includes bubby on the terrace overlooking the Blackhall Range and Coast, before taking a seat inside for a short 'burst' of singing, and then a memorable three-course dinner and generous helpings of singing inbetween courses. OPERA in the Amphitheatre

Sunday, 2nd May 2010 at 3.00pm.

A stunning setting for an outdoor opera event. In the natural acoustic of the Noosa Amphitheatre at Lake Macdonald, Cooroy hear four world-class soloists in a fabulous program of popular opera, operetta, musicals and Neapolitan song. Pack a picnic and your favourite bottle of wine...get there early and enjoy the beautiful lakeside parklands surrounding the Amphitheatre. Then as 3.00pm approaches, take your seat for a memorable occasion. ( bring a hat and a little sunscreen).
