Over the years OPERATIF! has been the focal point for overseas trips with patrons. These have included a private ‘Classics Cruise’ on the Norwegian Star and a hosted tour to New Zealand’s beautiful South Island.

Every February, hundreds of OPERATIF! patrons from Australia and New Zealand follow us to Norfolk Island for an annual Opera Festival, one of the biggest opera concert festivals in Australasia. This festival now sees eight events which may be booked partially or wholely as part of flight and accommodation packages.

From 2011, we plan to set up our own Travel club, which will see musical-focussed trips interstate and overseas.

TOURS

For the last six years many patrons have followed us to Norfolk Island for 'Opera in Paradise'. Some six years ago we led a 14 day patrons' tour to New Zealand's South Island. This was a huge success and a great time was had by all as we gave impromptu performances in hotels along the way.

Every year we receive requests from people wondering if we will again offer hosted tours, where we lead a tour party to an interesting part of the world and possibly add a performance or two from us in along the way.
